Research and informational purpose

The site publishes research records, definitions, evidence links, demonstrations, and technical documentation. Publications describe the evidence and limits stated in each record. Public materials are not professional, legal, regulatory, safety, or investment advice.

Live model behavior

Model behavior, provider endpoints, parameters, and availability can change. SwiftAPI Labs does not guarantee that a live benchmark will reproduce a frozen study, remain continuously available, or produce a particular model response. Operational failures and provider-declared outcomes are distinct from research classifications.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to:

• submit illegal, confidential, personal, regulated, or security-sensitive material;
• evade provider safeguards, authentication, rate limits, or access controls;
• perform abusive automated requests, denial-of-service activity, or resource exhaustion;
• misrepresent public test results as customer certification, endorsement, or a frozen-study result;
• attempt to access protected administrative, retrieval, or authority-key data without authorization.

SwiftAPI Labs may restrict requests, enforce rate limits, or suspend access to protect the service.

External providers

Live tests may invoke model-provider APIs. Provider terms, policies, availability, and billing rules apply to those calls. External DOI, repository, package, patent, and personal-site links are operated by their respective services.

Enterprise evaluations

Enterprise evaluations are paid, scoped, and time-bounded. Any engagement, deliverable, pricing, confidentiality term, service level, or implementation commitment requires a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property and publications

Running a public test or submitting an inquiry does not transfer intellectual property rights. Published papers, software repositories, third-party packages, and patent filing records retain their applicable licenses, notices, and legal status. A patent application record is not a claim that a patent has been granted or that any claim is enforceable or valid.

No warranty

The public site, research demonstrations, benchmark surfaces, and documentation are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SwiftAPI Labs and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site, live provider behavior, external services, or reliance on a public test result.
