1. Service Description
SwiftAPI is a cryptographic trust authority for AI execution governance. We issue signed attestations that verify AI agent actions before execution.
2. Authority Keys
- Keys are issued at our discretion
- Keys remain our property, licensed to you
- We may revoke keys for violation of these terms
- Keys are delivered once and cannot be recovered if lost
- You are responsible for securing your authority keys
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use SwiftAPI to authorize malicious or illegal actions
- Attempt to forge, modify, or replay attestations
- Reverse engineer the signing infrastructure
- Resell or sublicense authority keys without permission
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the service
- Use the service for actions that violate applicable laws
4. Payment Terms (Founding Authority)
- $25,000 issuance fee (one-time)
- $2,500 minimum monthly commitment
- Billed in advance
- Non-refundable after key issuance

5. Service Level
- Founding tier: Best-effort availability, no SLA guarantee
- We target high availability but do not guarantee uptime
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
6. Limitation of Liability
SwiftAPI is provided "as is." We are not liable for:
- Actions taken by your AI agents
- Damages from service interruption
- Decisions made based on attestation approval/denial
- Consequences of key loss or compromise
Maximum liability limited to fees paid in prior 12 months.
7. Data Handling
- We log attestation requests for audit purposes
- Logs retained for 90 days minimum
- We do not sell or share your data

8. Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days notice
- We may terminate immediately for terms violation
- Upon termination, your authority keys are revoked
- No refund for remaining prepaid period
9. Intellectual Property
- SwiftAPI protocol, code, and infrastructure remain our property
- You retain ownership of your agents and actions
- Attestations are licensed for verification purposes only
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
